I can’t believe I have to report on this in the 21st-century — especially after such a strong showing of “peace-loving patriotic citizens” in Boston yesterday. But Media Matters has documented a “disturbing pattern” in the RightWing airwaves that they monitor — that not to pass it along, seems like a violation of my “civic duty”…
Afterall, stirring up the flames of hate and advocating for a2nd Civil War—is really no laughing matter. Especially considering how the “Bully Pulpit” is currently being used — which in prior presidencies this platform of authority — would serve to tamp-down such national wildfires of Hate.
We have no such luck in this go-around. As such, here’s your “early warning” broadcast-system report:
Alex Jones: “The first shots of the second American civil war have already been fired,” and it will be “unstoppable until they’re burning down all the cities.”

And of course there is the big-kahuna himself of Rightwing Haters, Rush Limabaugh. Rush could read the dog-whistles in the wind — and being the drug-addled business man that he is — he wanted to get in on this Civil War drum-pounding action too.

Normally, I’d just chalk up such !@#!$! Speech, as the knuckle-draggers just “earning a buck” from their dim-witted/soulless audiences. But with the President of the United States now “rhetorically” in their corner —and their complete lack of recognition for what the Civil War actually represented historically— I have to admit these overt threats of violence and war — are a bit “chilling”.

By setting up “Trump as their proxy” and by identifying the quote “Alt-Left” and the Special Counsel Mueller as their “Enemies”— it is clear they have no respect for Free Speech themselves, nor Democracy, nor the due process of the Law.
Question: Who is going to call out the National Guard, to quell the violence — if and when this Rightwing inspired shit-storm really hits the fan?
